Lateness/Cancellations/Rearrange

There is a 10 minute grace period, if you come within this your appointment may be shortened
After 10 minutes your appointment may not be able to go ahead & will be cancelled (you will be required to pay 100% of treatment booked.)
Cancel/rearrange 2 days before your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment that you booked.
Cancel/rearrange 1 day before or less you will be required to pay 100% of the treatment booked.
No shows will also be required to pay 100% of treatment booked
Please note- if you come to your appointment but then change to a lesser treatment or remove a treatment (that's over £20) the full original appointment cost is still payable.
All of the above need to be paid within the first 24 hours. Failure to comply with these policies leads to no further bookings.

Please come to your appointment with bare nails (no nail varnish/gel/enhancements/extensions) if your nails were not previously done by myself.
I do not work over other technicians work, this includes infills & soak offs (unless you know what previous brand of product was used & that I am familiar with.)

Treatments below £50 will be required to pay a £20 deposit upon booking (lash/brow & some waxing treatments do not require a deposit)
Treatments over £50 will be required to pay a higher deposit which will be determined by myself upon booking (depending on what the treatment is)
Your booking is not made until the deposit has been received.
The deposit is deducted from the total bill on the day or if you book more/regular appointments with myself the deposit will carry over to your next appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
